Any of you guys got anything lucky you do or have been doing this year that you dont want to change for L.uck sake.

I know its got nothing to do with the wins but I was given a geelong shirt by Joel Corey 7 weeks because it was one that he wasnt alowed to wear anymore cause it didnt have Nib on it. anyway I have worn it every match day , now I wont watch a game without it on.

I have a pair of shoes I've worn for the past 7 weeks - they are a bit old and now the soles leak - so I spent a lot of the game with damp socks. But the last time I wore sensible solid boots to counter the SS mud was the Kangaroos game.

The clash guernsey that my boyfriend bought me... We'd lost a few while I was wearing it, and at the Richmond game I declared that if we lost the game, I was never wearing it again.

We haven't lost since. ;)

Same coat this year since beginning of our run of wins - soaked to the skin yesterday despite plastic poncho! Two weeks for it to dry out.

I don't know if this is to do with luck or anything, but I have a silver braclet I wear to every game (and every day for that matter). Got it for my 21st birthday, and has engraved into it "Shell" on one side and "Cats 4eva" on the other. :o

I'd be completely gutted if I ever lost that.

Oh yeah I also have to wear my Geelong scarf with the emblem on the right side of me. Completely weird I know, but I will change it if it's not sitting correctly.

Blasphemy! Of course it does, Tony. Every match day my mornin' breakfast juice HAS to be sculled from a Geelong mug.

I'm more superstitious when playing myself. If I wear a bandanna it's the same 'lucky' red one, and my shirt/guernsey is always the last item worn. Before walking onto the field I spit to the right, then spit to the left, which is followed by 30 seconds of meditative silence. If broken, the 30 seconds starts again. I then shake hands with at least three opponents.

Kooky, but it's more about finding a settling routine than increasing my chances of playing well....or so I tell myself.

I haven't washed my jumper since before Richmond game, been to Adelaide and survived the pies and hambugers. Its not getting washed until ........... October.

Keep tipping against Geelong

I got pissed with them after the Roos game - spat the dummy and have been picking the opposition every week.

success in tipping comps be damned

I'm taking one for the team.

Both... Double the luck :thumbsu:

That's what I told her!! She said that was and I quote 'Ghey'.

And I thought I lost my braclet the other day!!
After about a week, it turned up in one of my boots! Lol... remember Lisa Simpson said "Is it in your shoes.. sometimes when I cant find something, it sometimes turns up in my shoes".

Well she was right! :D
