Just won the junior mens Australian open. Potential to follow a similar path to Tomic?

Also, I guess its early stages, but hopefully he has his head screwed on a bit better than Mr Bernie. Does seem like a decent boy from the couple of interviews I've seen though.

Yeah unlikely he'll get anywhere close to Tomic. Still top 100 or even top 50 material though.

Tomic didn't do that great on the futures circuit either. Luke will take a bit of time (big kid) but I think top 100 is definitely a possibility.

Saville looks ok but he would need to go up quite a few notches to get to top 10 or top 20 material.

I'm going to call it early and say he will be top 100 at some stage but doesn't have the potential to match Tomic.

Junior success can be a bit of a lottery regarding indicator of talent, especially if you're winning them at 17/18 (the guys who win them younger tend to genuinely be something special).

A lot of top players won junior slams, but a lot of them didn't. And if you read through the last 20 years worth of junior slam winners, there's an awful lot of names you've never heard of.

kid has a good work ethic and critically in the modern game actually has weapons. Won't be anything like Tomic but I can see him giving the top 50 a shake.
