Anyone have any early predictions for the 3 feature races, the 3yo, 2yo and the handicap?

I'm keen to lay a few bets on the fixed odds as I will be unable to place any bets on Saturday.

I personally have a particular leaning towards Deer Valley. Win 2 starts back was just super. Had no luck last week, when ridden for luck and blocked for a run the entire way up the straight. Forgive it that run. In a race where I think the pace will be really hot, this one is the swooper and could get the money.

Mr Slick was a huge run in the Gold Coast Goldmarket.

He's already $26 into $21, as long as that run hasn't flattened him he'll be in the finish.

Ill pass on Spirit Of Boom,not convinced about what was chasing it last week.

How do they beat Military Rose? Really...has looked awesome and has Heinrich and Katsidis, say no more.

Shoot Out looks to be primed for this race, Katsidis again, blinkers on last start sharpened him right up, out to 7 furlongs. I will be loading up on these two.

Can't go past winning form so sticking with Military Rose in the 2yo and Graceful Anna in the 3yo.
As for the Cup i'm going with Zero Rock very consistent horse

Another bad barrier, but Ambers Waltz is great EW value. If it can get a position and with a cracking pace, it should fly home to be in the finish.

I was all over spirit of boom last week but i agree with sethlad, the barrier and kristy banks is too much against it.

There is plenty of value floating around for the day

Wow, finished at the Coast with 5 winners from 6 selections, backing them all win only, the other ran 2nd. Red letter day for me. If you'd taken the $3.60's on Gundy's Son fixed you'd be laughing all the way to the bank. Off to collect my cash from the Tab for a nice change.
