I heard the funniest nathanism from BB last night:

'the funniest thing in funnonia"

i thought it was hilarious and i hope it catches on, whcih begs the question?

Do you have a word or catchphrase that you believe can be picked up and used by the common man?

The word 'valid' i believe could be/should have been used by more people. (Thanks Santo!)

Anyon else?

Peter Cavan when asked by the media here in Port Pirie after the first flag in 1997.

" Do you have any advice for any of the young lads out in the crowd?"

"Yeah, dont eat anything bigger than your head"

Classic
:D

I've got a few that I reglularly use:
"Time to do what the shepherds did - get the flock out of here"
"Beer is a food"
"People who live a healthy and clean-cuyt lifestyle don't actually live longer, but it seems like longer"

And as an Essendon supporter, here's one a mate of mine made up. He said it to me in the hope that I'd hate it and take offence, but I quite liked it and want to see it accepted into the greneral footall dialect as a part of everyday football language:
When Essendon supporters are getting cocky an arrogant (as if:p ), the extent to which they do it is referred to as the SEA level - SEA standing for Sheer Essendon Arrogance. Unfortuantely after yesterday's abomination the SEA level is lower than normal at the moment, but a few routine and regulation wins will see the SEA level rising again.;) :D :D
