Where does anyone think Marcos career is at?

He came in with massive raps (his name was a part of it), but he was also very good in junior formulas.

There was talk of him moving over to F1 early in his career he even tested one of the Super Aguris back in the day.

For mine both he and Graham Rahal should never have gone to Indy Car. For one because of thier last names and 2 because they are road racers. They shouldve been in Europe since they were 18.

I love Marco, as i do the whole Andretti family, but i fear he may never reach his full potential.

Marco Andretti?...Really? I would not have expected to see this as a topic of discussion. A "Dario Franchitti/F1 What could've been?" or similar would've been way more interesting topic. Marco is just a female version of Danica Patrick.

i don't think he's overrated or underrated, he's rated exactly where he should be; a guy who might sneak a win and grab some top fives but never seriously threaten for the championship. his final positions in the last four years of 7th, 8th, 8th and 8th suggest that... he is just ok.

and is definitely not a road racer. he looks all at sea on road courses compared to the really good guys. and the really good guys in Indycar are all at sea against the better F1 drivers.

like you said, if he'd gone to Europe when he was a kid and stayed there, maybe it would've been different, but for mine the only guy in Indycar that could be looked at for making the transition to F1 would be Power, purely because of how good he is on road courses.
