Hello, Just interested to know how highly Seecamp is rated at the MFC?

Probably a bit past it. Don't see him getting a game any time soon.

He was a solid defender without being outstanding. Was reported quite a few times. I personally loved his aggression. My biggest memory of him was when he took a mark inside defensive 50 at Princes Park & Brad Pearce was grappling him on the mark so Seecamp KO'ed him with a punch to the face. They couldn't reverse the decision & give Pearce a shot at goal because the siren had sounded a second before he hit him.

Seecamp was good value, not outstanding but a decent cog in the backline. Cant remember what happened to him in 2000. Think he was injured and than retired. But we needed him in that 2000 GF punching on.

I remember that punch, was a beauty, the game was one of the best I have seen too, 1998? Definitely one of my favourites. From memory we got up by 2 points. I think that was the game that Jim Stynes broke his hand and broke the run of consecutive games. Big games by Schwarz Neitz. But Seecamp was hard as nails and old school was a very good for us.
