In The Age on Wednesday 10th November 2004 it said that they Saints have spoken to McGough and are thinking of picking him up in the pre-season or the National draft.
Thoughts anyone?
Me personally i dont think it would be a good idea.

He's good on a really wet day. How many of those are there a year? Two? The scribes go really easy on him for some reason. He goes and gets the ball, he's in and under and all that, be he's not accountable. He gives his opponent about 50 metres all the time and it is bloody infuriating. If Collingwood thought he was any good they wouldn't have got rid of him, partiuclarly under contract.
