Mark Spilsbury

i just wanted to know if anyone has much info on him? What WAFL team did he play for? And what is he doing now? He played in about 1993 or close to it for Glenorchy here in Tasmania and he was said to have been from the WAFL. I never knew what club though, he was a highflyer and when he kept a hold of the ball took some good marks.

Disappeared about 1995 I figured he went back home to WA, and haven't heard a great deal about him since. Major problem here is that not a lot around here know much about him due to him not being from Tasmania. And not having any previous involvement in Tasmanian footy..so I am curious if someone around here knows.

Mark Spilsbury played for South Fremantle in the early 90's. Was a very good aerialist and kicked 5 goals in a game against Perth in the wet on a day South kicked only about 8 or 9.

Sorry can't tell you anymore than that.

Cheers mate, that's more then I got the last time I asked on a forum about him, I was sad to see him go I have a picture of him taking a big mark at KGV one day. There were times he'd drop marks though.
