Couldn't be happier for Marty. One of my all time favourite Crows.

He had some magic moments in the last quarter - his effort against Birchall in the last 2 minutes was just pure heart, and he also had a critical involvement in the run up to Hannebery's goal.

Yeah, was great to see him do well in that last few minutes. I was dirty when he was traded, and he was pretty much replaced with Symes who was almost the same player but worse, who's been delisted this year.

Interesting to see the contrast in fortunes for the 2 players involved in the trade. In the same week Brad Symes gets delisted and Marty Mattner becomes a premiership player. Hated the trade at the time and hate it just as much now.
