Either you guys either really like my work, or none of you could be Arsenaled to do it yourselves for the sake of talk. Actually, looking at this… oh… oh... ohhhhhh… I get it now...

INCOMING MESSAGE FROM DELIA SMITH

(Fun fact: This was during a Man City game. I can only hope unlike that time, she decides to put away the pep talk.)

What the hell is this? Half the league are slackers! Only 5 games, all evenly spread out. You other guys are that desperate for a title aren’t ya? I understand, this weekend is about all the title contenders. All. Of. Them. There’s no stuttering here. All the title contenders are here to ensure that they don’t screw up against relegation zone opposition… holy crap, they actually all are. You better win, or suffer in shame to all the slackers.

Also, that Newcastle game is such a tease. We have Labour Day, and you decide to put our game for the Tuesday morning?! That’s just cruel. I propose that Labour Day should be moved to Tuesday. Nuts to you Spurs fans, I’d much rather be up at 3am than to miss half the game.

Well, the pick would have to be the battle of the Candy Canes, but Bournemouth-Swansea should be quite fun as well... and they're both on at the same time. Yeah I know, not a lot going for this matchday.

OK, now to the big question, and with Newcastle and Palace on the horizons, and with current records, I think this needs to be asked. If you were really left up a creek, and were forced to hand a 7 year iron-clad contract to one of the candidates that have decided to apply for the role as manager, who would you pick, and why?

You can’t sack him, you can’t replace him, and he doesn’t want to leave. If you were to put iron boots on him and sink him to the bottom of the ocean, he will somehow end up back at your club, with a grin, claiming that “that was only a minor setback.”

So, pick your poison. Who do you want at your club for those 7 long years? I've made an exception this time around, because, sod it, no one but City, Spurs, and Foxes fans are going to be here.

The True Geordie is not going to save you now.

Have at it!

City should get it done pretty easily I think.

Bournemouth and Swansea is an interesting one. Swansea might have enough to knick something.

Stoke and Southampton will be a draw I reckon.

Spurs and Leicester to win easily IMO.

Swansea won't get close, Bournemouth have been in great form.

Norwich v Man City 1-0
Bournemouth v Swansea 2-3
Stoke v Southampton 1-1
Aston Villa v Spurs 3-1
Leicester v Newcastle 2-2

no yaya makes this really difficult because we are appalling when we don't have anyone pinging the ball from midfield. that said we should win but we'll do that thing where we rely on individual brilliance again. kinda like against villa.

You can borrow Hundredstone for the week if you want. That's about all he can do.
