Shows how hard this guy is running to link up and always create an option for us - and using the ball well more often than not as well.
He's also #12 at the club for both tackles and contested possessions, which I think is actually his biggest area of improvement over the last few years. He's definitely not afraid to go when it's his turn, which is a trait all good outside midfielders should have.

I really liked him when he came onto the scene - in that fickle way one jumps on an exciting outside player that comes into an already good team. But i was really worried about his stagnant improvement prior to this year.
Im glad to see him playing well, but i'm not completely on board with Rosa. I guess my maturity has grown with his playing really and i'll have to give him a little bit more time. If he plays as well as he did against the dogs on a consistent basis, i'll have no choice but to love him again.
Hopefully he takes over embley's spot as our best winger nicely when the time comes.

Would agree, although he may be close to deserving a spot, unless he is the token "controversial decision".

Loved that bit of play against the Bulldogs where it was anybody's ball, about 5 or 6 guys around it and Rosa just ran a straight line through them all to take possession. Wanted it more than anyone from the Doggies, but even better, than all of our guys as well. Showed to me that he hasn't just improved his attack on the footy - he's actually one of the best in our team right now.

I couldnt agree more Marlin, I've always been a big fan of Rosa's even during his years of bagging on here. I don't think he's ever been given the acknowledgement he deserves and I for one was spewin when he did his knee, IMO it was a massive loss to our side. Who knows how much further we could've gone in the finals with Rosa's extra bit of experience.

Rosa had a beast of a season and I'll be honest, bought back some love for me. Definitely missed him in the finals, swap Masten for Rosa's experience and we could've gone further.
In the 2010/2011 preseason, I predicted him to win our B&F for 2011 and copped plenty of criticism for doing so. I'll stick with him for 2012.

Really good to see Rosa's game come on so strong. Has always been able to find the football, but has steadily improved other areas of his game over the years to the point where he's now very much a valuable member of the team. Kudos to him.
