While little mention has been made of this, he seems to be not playing to the level he was a few years back so far this season. In fact, his 2001 season wasn't all that impressive, especially towards the latter stages. He simply doesn't get enough of the ball.

Is he on the verge of getting dropped?

id say yes.poyas has more or less taken over his spot with his performnace today. the only real shinning light plus rodan out of a bad day at the office.
cheers!

He appears to be in no-mans land. Doesn't get the time in the midfield and is overshadowed up forward. We will need him to stand up in the forward line over the next few weeks otherwise it may be all over for him!

Bit harsh when he got a ball kicked into his head.............

For a guy who has 9 years experience and is highly paid, he is a liability and a DUD.
If he isnt dropped next week, Frawley is not the full quid.

And so were your comments about Freo last week. You should consider going off to the room of mirrors NUDE & take a good hard look at yourself bloke.

Lay off Matty!

Matty’s OK. Will keep his place because he is one our hardest players. He was rightfully played as a forward against Freo. This is Matty’s best spot….not in the guts or in the backline (can turn it over with poor disposal). Most of the Richmond forwards found the going hard on the weekend (Poyas excluded who made the most of his limited opportunities). The way we bombed it into the forward line was atrocious. They can’t be too bright down there. Freo had ample tall backs. We were still playing as if we had a forward line consisting of Richo, Otto, Ray Hall etc. Rogers and Krakouer are there to pick up the crumbs but unfortunately Freo didn’t provide any cause we kept kicking it down Freo defender’s throats. The Bulldogs have made an artform of winning games with limited talls because they THINK ABOUT IT. Richmond’s problem up to now has been it’s midfield of which Rogers hasn’t been a part of this year. So no I would not drop Matty Rogers. Our new problem is lack of talls as well as no midfield. I’m wondering if anyone will get dropped this year? (not counting Rory cos he came straight back in) You can’t lose to Essendon and Freo the way we did and make no changes except to replace those injured. It sends the wrong message! Be good to see Vardy and Pettifer get a run. Apparently Ednie was best on ground for Coburg. Anyone know much about him (AFL website is useless). I believe he had Oestio Pubis during preseason so has limited preparation.

I would suggest that he is getting the Rory Hilton styled kick in the pants! I would be surprised if he wasn't rushed back in to cover the late ommission of Richo!

Good riddans to this dud. The club is better of playing youngsters that are dead keen, than veterans like him that have poor skills and little commitment. But my statement is contradicted by the selection of dudson. Kracker is not going to improve playing for coburg.

obviously your spelling isnt going to improve diggler until you attend more centrelink programs:D
KRAKOUR isnt going to improve getting 15 mins per match in the seniors either.
cheers!

I think they were pretty Harsh on Rogers. His future now looks one dimensional and bleak.

AT this stage i think we should reserve our assesment of Hudson , i know he's nearing the end of playing days but he might still provide us with another option up forward. Im sure thats why danny picked him until some of the younger bregade gather more experience.

I dont always subscibe to the view that you throw the youngsters in the deep end and hope that it pays off. For many its a slow process and this seems to be the case with Krakouer, but he should have he's time in the sun.

In reference to Krakouer as a' jailbirds son' well thats the sort of cheap shot i expect from you diggler, the eternal cynic and pessimist
