Well done Matty Knights for a magnificent career. It is always sad to see the end of any player's career but especiially so when it is a champion like Knights.

I was very disappointed for Matty in particular when the Tigers couldn't go on with it and win the pre season competition this year. While obviously not having the same significance as the main competition, it would have been wonderful for Matty and I for one as a supporter of another club, was barracking flat out for the Tigers, in the hope that he would have known some premiership joy in his AFL career.

One of the most beautifully skillful footballers that I have ever seen play the game.

thanks horace...it wasn't the best way for the champ to go out...he payed the price for some of Spuds recruiting clangers in my opinion...had a year left...blind freddie could see that.

The game will miss you knighta !
