if mcguane is being used for tactics then he could be a good pick up. He has his problems outside of footy but his football brain is as good as any. He also has an amazing record in tassie and in the bendigo league with gisborne. Regardless of his own personal problems he was still a very disciplined coach.

I know it is a big jump but he may have something to offer.
