Meat Loaf to Tour

Just heard that Meatloaf will be at the NRL Grand Final and and will probably head down to Melbourne afterwards to do the usual TV gigs.

Seems like his visit down under will be as quick as a bat our of hell.

Couldn't Have Said It Better is the name of the CD [and possibly song].It's released in Aus on Sept 29.

Tickets go on sale in Vic on monday at Ticketek

In Vic the prices are
Gold $120
Platinum $175

In Brisbane its cheaper
Gold 91.25
Platinum 141.25

Other venue prices haven't been announced.

The WA show is now at the WACA and tickets are sold through Ticketmaster

I'm guessing the Melbourne [and probably Sydney] shows are more expensive because he's performing with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.

Meat is incredible. He has suffered alot of setbacks in his career and its great to see him continue entertaining. Significantly slimmer that his "Bat Out Of Hell' days From what I saw on Rove, he is hilarious

Just bought my ticket, prices are GOLD $90, PLATINUM $140, I went with Platinum, I am nice & close to the stage.

I THINK HE HAS BEEN talking to one Sir Paul McCartney, re: ticket prices, but to see legends in their element, you'd pay what they charge
