Meeson 3 way deal for Russell

Knowing that Jordan Russell wants to head back to SA would it be worth trying to lure John Meeson back to VIC. Although I believe Meeson has a year to go on a contract and Russell prefers Port maybe we can do a 3 way deal with Port compensating Adelaide. Meeson was pick 8 in the draft we got Russell at 9, has yet to play a game and although Clarke has retired and Biglands out for the season they have Hudson coming back after year out and Maric showed potential. What's the general thoughts???

Don't know how many times we have to say it but, Meesen WILL NOT be traded.

NC has publicy stated on numerous occasions that we will back our youthful rucks in this year, that includes Meesen.

Not worth responding to. Adelaide lost 2 ruckmen.They have one coming back from injury to be Number 1, with 3 youngsters to step up. The 4th ruckman is still developing. No way they'd lose a ruckman and go into a season underdone like that. Sorry Passion Blue.
