Sir is the very worst band I've ever had the misfortune of seeing live.

Me and my friends were all front row and we couldn't keep ourselves from laughing, they were that bad. I couldn't even watch them anymore and had to watch my feet in case they could see me laughing.

They were like a bad parody of a terrible band.

Anyone remember a band called Paper Crane? Did a few support gigs for Love Outside Andromeda (amongst other things, I'm sure).

They disbanded after finishing their debut album, which was never released, and I've never managed to get my hands on it (it was apparently available if you knew who to ask...not illegally, of course). Anyone know anything?

I caught Melbournite Ned Collette live earlier this year and thought him very good indeed. He is playing in Brisbane again next month and I will do my best to see him again.
