True, but it’s fairly obvious that a trip to the club is required. Hopefully it gets sorted out.
I agree. I found it's better to go to see the membership department at the club than trying to call them. I did that with my allocation of seats. Least you can speak to them face to face and get it sorted.

I agree. Going there might be a Good Idea as you be Face to Face.

Though I changed my Seats on the Phone and Had no Problems though still waiting for new Membership Card.

Then I will need my Carer to sit next to me now

Eddie? If this got past both his PA’s I’d be shocked.

Gettheboy this is definitely an in person issue you won’t get anywhere over the phone, IMO, unless you insist on a refund. Go in there knowing exactly what you want, don’t leave without a resolution you’re happy with (even if it takes some compromise) and stress the idiocy of separating you from your 8yo son.

Don’t rant and rave because you want to appeal to their compassionate and empathetic side whereas escalating the situation will put them on the back foot. I’d suggest you try to speak to a manager and put it back on them whether they’d like to be separated from their child at an event like the footy. Not only is there the danger element, but you both miss out on the shared experience of watching the club play together which is what I’ve always valued most with my family.

Unfortunately the experience you had is all too common these days with people dialing it in for the paycheque and not understanding what the role is there for. To serve the members. Beyond that I’d get hold of the managers email, follow up positively or negatively depending on the outcome and copy Anderson in on that email.
