Can you have 2 memberships in the one name?

Also, if you buy a Captains club and a social club add-on package, does this mean you could get 2 Grand Final tickets if the Cats played in it?

Yes to multiple memberships in the one name.
No to the second. Captains club is a guaranteed ticket while Social club is priority (not guaranteed)
