Just got my membership package today, but I don't know whether to pick Reserved or Unreserved. Difference between them? What's better?

We have unreserved and sit in the Noble. We chose unreserved because we always get to the ground early to get in the parking area we like and we also like to watch the reserves, being unreserved seating, we are able to choose where we feel like sitting on the day. You also have the flexibility of being able to sit in the open on fine days or undercover on crap days.

So, in reserved you just get allocated a seat and have to stick with it, and in unreserved you can choose any unreserved in the unreserved area?

They know how to make it tough on the supporters.
Premiership Club membership has gone up by $40.
That's a bloody lot of money when you don't have it.

But the only downside about purchasing an unreserved seat, is that when you're unable to attend and unable to give your membership card to anyone else, you wouldn't be able to sell your seats. But either way, unreserved are pretty good, but I usually get the reserved membership.

BTW, get the reserved membership and sit in Bay 3 with me Kritika!! :)

I keep going to do it but then there's not a form for seat change and there's no ink in the printer to print one off and yeah, i always just end up leaving it.

I know what you mean! My sister and I were very determined to change our SCG and TS seats during the 2007 season. When the package came, we couldn't be bothered renewing our seats and then printing out the changing seats form.

So lazy.

I take it this is your first time applying as a Swans member? Call the Melbourne Office (03) 9682 4333.

At the MCG as a paid up Swans member you can basically sit anywhere you want excpet for the reserved areas (reserved usually bottom deck), and both the MCC and MCG members area. Great seats avaialable in Southern Stand (top deck), Olympic Stand and Ponsford Stand.

At the Telstra Dome it's basically the same unless we're playing Essendon. All Essendon games at the Dome are ticketed affairs and a ticket must be purchased prior to the game. Usually the bottom deck is all reserved and this leaves you with any seat on the top deck. Great views from all seats at the Dome anyway.

As a full Victorain member you also have entry and general admission to 3 Swans games at Telstra Stadium. :thumbsu:
