Does anyone here yet to get their memberships, ive called many times only to be told "soon" i getting really pissed now and am going to the Lexus Centre in person next week, its not good enough.:mad::mad::mad:
 
I received my memership package about a month ago, but am still waiting to get my membership card.

I received my package and cards a few days ago (cards have Dane Swan on the front) but did not have cap (have to pick it up at lexus center or before game) anyone one know what this years look like
 
Apparently, season ticket holders like myself, will receive their season tickets between Monday March 16 and Friday March 20. That's how long I'm expecting for my reserved season ticket to arrive.

Same here.

But; I was involved in a seat change after they stuffed up and moved me last season.

Got mine and my mates seat moved back to where I originally was and where she was meant to be. With me!

Maybe that's the delay in our case.

i got my membership in Dec but i bought the additional 3 game last month
when they were donating monies to the bush fire and a pet membership.
i sent an email to info@collingwood asking how long it will be and i got a reply from the pie in the sky the next day saying
Thank you for your recent email.

I have checked our records and it shows that your membership packs have been sent to our Mail House, which means you will receive it within the next two weeks.

well the very next day (thurs) i received the 3 day membership,
then on Fri i got pet membership and membership polo in seperate envelopes. i was impressed :) email seems to work.

Same thing happened to me :mad:. I thought i was the only one. I called em as soon as i got my package minus the card and they said they'd send it out by end of feb. then i called em back monday and they said it should be here soon as they had just done another batch or something. so hopefully i get it this week. If not i'll have 2 go in there myself and demand it! :P
 
If i dont get it by the end of the week im going to the Lexus Centre on monday.
 
I got my AFL membership n the 9th of Febuary via the mail. I too am waiting for my membership pack this year. The afl sent me a letter with my membership card stating that I Will get my Collingwood membership pack via the Collingwood membership department! I was going to ring up today but I will wait till next week!

Did you request a seat change? I did, i think that's why my card is taking its time.

Me too. Got my AFL membership about the same date but I'm still awaiting the membership pack.

I'm not too worried but reading some of the stories above about people waiting so long you really have to be concerned that our membership department are pretty hopeless.
 
I got my "inactive" membership card already, will go into the Lexus Centre sometime, possibly tomorrow when I get paid, and buy mine and my gf's (who I transferred from the Hawks at the end of 2007 (Yeah I know... she still does support us despite their premiership :p)

Hehe, I got my AFL membership just after the new year, and received my Collingwood reserve seats 2 weeks later.

The funny thing is I've had 3 membership packs sent out to each of my family members, showing that Collingwood obviously cant count, lol.
 
I wouldn't fancy the job. Can't be easy sending out and organising 30,000 plus memberships in 3 months, then add in the different types, plus polos and scraves.
