Michael spends most of his time in the Swan Districts reserves and rarely plays 2 games in a row. Always in SD Reserves best and kicks a few goals most weeks (has kicked 5 a few times).

Will need to string games together and play League if he wants to play AFL. He's a bit of a prankster as revealed in todays West (rewrote Smithys palm cards for a school assembly)

I've seen him out a few times, and bloody hell he is skinny. Has pretty much no bulk on him at all.

I think his future depends more on whether Gardiner is retained for next year. Since Gardiner will most likely depart West Coast in some shape or form, i wouldn't be suprised to see him on the list in some shape or form next year.

michael embley is one skinny lad - very tall, but fragile

when the eagles drafted him, he was earmarked as a potential long-term ruck project, if im not mistaken he has been around a for about 3 years (delisted after 2 years then redrafted last year) so i guess he would be feeling the axe starting swing a bit

will be interesting to see where the eagles go with him at the end of the year - or even if they decide to go for a ruckman in the draft, that could spell doom for him

my guess, by looking at him - i think he needs another good couple of years in the gym, and he needs to eat some hungry jacks or something and get some bulk on lol

Didn't the poor guy break his hip last year and spend most of the season unable to play? I got the feeling he was re-drafted because the injury meant that he didn't have much of an opportunity to impress anyone.

Hasn't really shown much this year, though.

also he is best mates with brad smith, so between those two blokes there isnt a lot of luck there - for their sakes lets hope 2007 is a new start...
