Word in the Vcitorian rags today is that Michael has come along a lot faster than was a first expected.

There may even be a slight chance of him resuming in the WAFL this week.

Could he be a more suitable option for the Back Pocket position? (Me thinks so).

The positive headaches for Woosha and co. continue to mount.

Yeah thats great...he is a good hard honest back man and I dont know why those idiots down at Essendon let him go! He'll go nicely down the back with Jacko and mcintosh. Its nice to see we are having good headaches and not bad headaches like last year and year b4! All this will make the boys play hard and tough if and when they do get a game to warrant their selction for the next week!

I think there's a real opportunity for someone to play small in our back line. Could be Prior - his disposal is quite good, not sure about his pace or his ability to stick really tight, especially to a Holland-type, who is a bit "chunkier", which is why I think Woosha tried Drew on him.

Just hope from Prior's perspective that he can stay on the paddock injury-wise.

McDougall is also available now and Morrison is 2-4 weeks off. Merenda and McIntosh face fitness tests. So basically, by round four we should have a full list to pick from (not including Read).

Mantis...tell me why you think Prior is so bad! The only reason I can see is salary cap which is understandable!

Let me see, too old, injury prone, not a good football brain, disposals leave a lot to be desired should I go on, salary cap restraints weren't the reason.

Oh & before you say I loved him when he was at the Bombers I can tell you now, I was never big wraps for him or Symons, could never understand why we kept them so long.
