Hey derro... who did you vote for the #19 in the team of the decade polls???

Derro, every coach has his favorites and for those who think we should have kept some very ordinary players like Mullins and Mcgough really are dealing in much the same crappola. There is a minute distinction between Mcgough and Williams when it comes to skill no doubt both are very ordinary however willimas at no stage wanted to jump ship when the going got tough for him this year when he wasnt getting a game.Mgough whinged and moaned and wanted his tea and cake. Malthouse makes the tough calls and its a pointless suggestion to even intimate that his position should be reviewed if next year is a failure. There are too many ordinary cheifs running around and hell I'd prefer a couple of ******** years rather then end up like hawthorn trying to find a decent coach for the last 8 yrs ie Judge,Scwab,Clarkson or worse still like Richmond....

Williams, O'Bree, Lokan, Shaw and Walker are all a joke. Thye would not be playing senior football at any other club i the league. However, I will say that the only reason these guys were playing senior footy in 2004 were because of our injuries. So we can't go ptting the blame on MM. Great coach who has helped bring Collingwood back up as a force in the AFL.

O'Bree got a game at Brisbane before he played a game with us you idiot.

And shouldn't he have some depth in our list if there are injuries. Every team has injuries, but since we have such a poor list depth wise, we're nearly non-competitive if one of rocca or tarrant or one of buckley or burns gets injured.

MM has been at Collingwood since the 1999 draft. If Collingwood miss the finals this year I would throw whatever it takes at Paul Roos. If he won't take it the options are not great. Who would you replace MM with? Sheedy won't move and if he does I doubt he’d come to Collingwood, Pagan couldn't handle the publicity we get and even if he could Carlton won't let him go. Williams at Collingwood again? I couldn't see that even if Port for some reason didn't want him. Mathews and Collingwood have had their time. Who else is there? The up and comers would be Thomas and Thompson and I’m not sold on either of them. Neil Daniher? No thanks.

If Collingwood don't make the finals, MM should be heavily scrutinised but as to who would replace him, I don't see much prospect of a forward move.
