I realised that, as time from time, there are too many blank pages that would print on a certain worksheet in Excel. What I used to do was always just find the areas, highlight, delete, make automatic colour for cells and text, and it would normally do the job.
It didn't work, and still pages I don't want to print, but want to get on top of the problem, however, just mucking around a little annoyed, I highlighted heaps of cells (heaps, i mean almost all) and pressed delete (not delete rows etc. but just delete/backspace), and automatic colour etc.
After I did this, the program slowed down the whole computer. After saving numerous times already today, after I did this, it then took about one minute to save, three minutes to close, and whilst doing these options, my computer was pretty much frozen.
I have restarted and Excel took two minutes to open the same file. It's size is an incredible 50.9MB, surely not what it used to be.
How do i get rid of this size, as I think it is from all the cells i highlighted.
Help appreciated.
