He's been found

Police have found the body of a NSW man who went missing after a night out in Melbourne several weeks ago.

The body located in the Yarra River yesterday is that of missing Sydney man Lukasz Jurgielaniec, 27, police have confirmed.

A passer-by found the body floating in the river at Marine Village, Port Melbourne, around 9.30am, a police spokeswoman said.

Water police retrieved the body, which was later identified as Mr Jurgielaniec.

Police are not treating his death as suspicious.
