Mitch is going through a difficult time in his life as a result of a personal matter , ie no-one else's business , allegedly he isn't suffering clinically depression and when , as per any other person , he is able to contribute to his employer , RFC , at the standard he deems appropriate , he'll be back playing in yellow and black guernsey !

As reported in the Sun... he has stepped away from tye club to sort out his personal issues....

"Richmond will continue to support Mitch during this time and expect he will return to the Club in the near future," Richmond said in a statement.
