Mobile plan- live connected

Just been looking at the plans on offer at liveconnected.me, and I must say it looks too good to be true.
Just wondering if anyone here has had experiece with this group of if there are any issues that I should know about.

I had it, Its all internet based. They use Optus network but then i cancelled as it was hard to keep track of all the calls i made. The plans offer great value.
