Last couple of years we've been a really young team, I think the youngest list in the league for the last three seasons. It's great to see the youth policy working, but there is a somewhat immature look to the side.
Seeing David Cloke in the stands watching his son started a crazy notion in my head. Steinfort and O'Bree have given the lead-we need more facial hair. I don't mean some pooncy Mark McVeigh designer bottom-lip toilet brush, I mean full on 1970's handlebars.
I want a list that looks like Pancho Villa's gang, big mean mo's that frown and glare all by themselves, striking fear into our smooth shaven cheeked foes.
All players should be sworn to a moustache pact, to do their best to grow one by the beginning of next season-no exceptions, no excuses (buy a fake one if you have too, Nick Davis!). Imagine the results. Licuria looking like Serpico. Tony Rocca looking like Inspector Clouseau. Bucks looking like a WW1 fighter pilot. Adkins looking like a grown-up. It might be ugly, but I'm sure it would be effective.
