whatever I am training on given day I search youtube for huge workouts of that body part. Watching someone like Arnie train or J.Cutler whilst you are trying to put on mass........Priceless

Frank Medrano. F-me, but after watching his video's I've come to two conclusions.

1. Scaled up to 6'1 I've found the body shape that is my goal.
2. I've got to start incorporating bodyweight training other than just chin-ups into my training.
