Due to my participation in the Super Bowl trivia thread on the American Football board. It occurred to me that it would good to rip-off the idea and create and "Motorsport Trivia" thread. I'll start off by asking a question and then whoever answers it then gets to ask the next question. Don't go overboard with the difficulty, unless the answer would be interesting to find out e.g...

Driver/car/venue/year of the first Australian GP? (not the Adelaide F1 race)

This would be extemely hard to answer, but interesting to find out.

So, I'll kick things off. Driver/car/venue/year of the first Australian F1 GP?

tasmanlvr has forfieted his question threw taking too bloody long to respond....

in 1990 what was the fastest 4 door production(mass produced) car in the world?

It is an obvious answer for some but surprising for others....

I'm gonna rehash because I feel like it. But this time the I'm going to change the rule a little. Instead of waiting for another one of you to answer then ask a question yourself, I'm going to ask another question instead. I'll ask a question, allow for a random amount of time to pass for some to answer (hours, day, weeks???) , and if no one answers, I'll give the answer myself, then ask another question. If none of you don't care, then I don't care too and will keep going. So there!

Has anybody even looked at the Motor board today?

Anyway the answer was that all 3 of those races were held on the same day as that years World Cup final.

Same with the 54 French, 62 Belgian (Jim Clark's first win), 70 Dutch and 74 French. But that'd make it too hard. At least the other races, some of us have seen.
