I've had this issue with Firefox, ever since I installed it mid last year on my laptop (Dell Inspiron 6400) where Mozilla continually freezes/stops responding when I try to access certain webpages (2 examples include AFL dreamteam page, UWA WebCT after I enter my login details - there are quite a few others I've come across too). When I use IE to access these same pages they load without any problems. I install Firefox updates whenever they're avaiable, so I'm not sure what the cause of the issue is.

Would appreaciate any help.

I have Vista HP (if that makes any difference).

Get rid of it and use something else.
Opera is good.

It's just that some ****** web developers still don't cater for FF, usually an activeX issue which is why Explorer can display it.

Mine only freezes when I'm browsing Internode's game network. My browser completely locks up and I'm unable to move within the site or any other. I have to close it down and restart. Havnt found a solution yet other then to use IE or Opera.
