Can some explain to me how Fyfe gets 2 weeks for a head cut on Rischitelli, while Glass puts Wingard in hospital and gets a week?

Do we suspend players for precautionary scans these days?
Even if you take the hospital aspect out of it he left the ground with both feet took his eyes off the ball looked at the player and hip and shouldered him head high. Take into consideration his bad record should be minimum two weeks.Do we suspend players for precautionary scans these days?

Did Ballas get cited? What about Thompson from North?
Just as frustrated at Ballas than I am with Sylvia. How many times does he do this. I thought he was getting all that out of his game. Should know a lot better.
Glass was ruled to have made body contact, not head contact. I didn't think he hit him high on the first look, but I haven't watched it again.

That was the only difference. Otherwise he would have gotten the same penalty, with similar carryover points to Fyfe from previous years would have seen him get 2 weeks.
Neither deserve two weeks. And neither were given two weeks, both players copped extra from their previous records IIRC.And there in lies the absolutely moronical stupidity.
Fyfe gives a perfectly executed bump - does not leave the ground, was not reckless, does not lift his shoulder to make high contact and simply because the other player decides to kick on the other side of his body, he opens himself up where accidental head contact occurs. Glass leaves the ground and recklessly hits Wingard so hard that he ends up in hospital.
You tell me - which "offence" deserves 2 weeks?
Whats the point of these threads?
Freo will forever get these decisions whilst Freo bend over and take them.
Freo needs to cop the $50K or whatever and say what every fan thinks. That its biased, lacks judicial merit and inconsistent AND most of all natural justice.
That kick of fyfes last year and the head to head contact was a joke and RTB, Bond, Rosich and the Pres lacked the balls to say something. Fyfe is not a dirty player and should be defended.
