I hate threads like this, but hey, thats the internet for you.
I'm in the market for a cheap netbook. I've had my eyes on an Acer AOD255 for around 400 bucks and for the price you seem to get a fair bit of netbook for your coin.
However, I've come across a mob called MSI. From what I can tell, they are a bit more than your usual no-name operators. They were selling a netbook at Big W for 299 and would assume that these sort of deals would come up fairly regularly.
I've looked at all the obvious sites and it's a mixed bag in relation to the quality of their stuff. I know 300 dollars is not much, so nobody should expect much, but regardless, has anybody used their stuff and can say one way or the other about the quality of their products?
