GRRRRRRRRR every now and then my msn says my user name or password is wrong. and wont let me log in so i go and change my password and then lose all my contacts. WTF. why is this happening and is there a way of preventing it

Saving your contact list will help this.

If you happen to lose your contacts then you can load them back.

Contacts - Save Instant Messaging Contacts

And then to load them back

Cotacts - Import instant messaging contacts
