Does anyone have or know how to get rid of the 'President Bush Virus'?

It's making all these smily faces come up on the screen and it's getting annoying...

Ive already typed "Shoot President Bush" into "Find" and deleted everything from there but the virus is still there

Anyone got any ideas?

Sure do BPP.

I had the virus, and what I did was:

Get off the net.

Then go to your c drive, which is in my computer.

You shouldn't have ANY programs running apart from the cdrive.

Find all the choke, shoot prez bush, and those files, and delete them all from your c drive.

After that you should be fine

And a tip to all you people, if you talk to someone on msn messenger and they have all these winking faces and offer you a file, don't accept it. That's this very annoying virus.

Just one thing...

I found choke in C drive but it wont let me delete it -
'Cannot delete Choke: Specified file is being used by Windows'

How do I get rid of it?

I had it as well... how annoying is it?!

OK what you do is, get off the net, and close all programs.

Press 'Ctrl' 'Alt' and 'Delete' at the same time, and there should be a program called 'Choke'...

Delete that, and then delete it from your Recycle bin and it should work out

At least you guys have MSN! I've downloaded it twice and it's come up with these error messages:

The MSMSGSIN.EXE file is linked to missing export OLE32.DLL:ColnitializaEx.

Error creating process <C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\IXP000.TMP\msmsgsin.exe -i MSMSGS.INF DefaultInstall DefaultInstall BLC.Remove>. Reason: A device attatched to the system is not functioning.
