Multimedia Audio Controller / SM Bus controller.

So, I had to reinstall windows on my dads computer after he somehow managed to wipe it. He has no idea where the mother board disc is. Everything else is working fine except he has no sound. In device manager, the only two things with the yellow exclamation mark is the Multimedia Audio Controller and the SM Bus Controller.

I have no idea how to get his audio back, so any help will be much appreciated.
