Have been on this bloke's bandwagon since watching him in the WAFL GF last year.

As I told my kids - I love him on Mundy, Chewsdy, Wenzdy etc, etc.

with him and Thornton on opposite flanks it looks pretty exciting

Freo drafted him from the Bushrangers and now he plays for Subi in the WAFL.


I was very impressed with his debut, the best debut for our club in quite a while. I agree with Ripper's description - his game had poise written all over it.

Much has been said of Lukeys 4 goals in a quarter, and rightly so, however lets not forget the delivery of the first 3 came from the centre via a penetrating long kick from our young Mundy. A great effort from a "thinking footballer".

Mundy has been so impressive in his first 2 games, I can't speak highly enough of him. He just looks so complete and like he's been playing for 3 years.

I remember speaking about his poise in a forum, might have been here about a year ago after seeing him play for Subiaco. I was quickly knocked down and put in my place (it was probably dockerland). If I remember correctly a few people told me he'd never be anything at AFL level. Well he's only 2 games in, and he's widely regarded as a ready made star. The commentators loved him on the weekend (Gerald Healy and Wayne Carey).

I remember a few people (on dockerland and bigfooty) saying that Freo made a mistake not drafting WA talent instead of Mundy. Hes re-signed for us now and hes bloody talented.
