Word is he got 41 possessions. Ran himself into the ground in 38+ degree heat.
I heard it was 20's but id like to know where that 41 came from. Havnt heard similar.

Understandable for him to pull up sore and the crows were never going to take too many to MT barker for a game that mattered too much. As long as its general soreness from a long lay off and not a niggle that has been a result of the foot injury.

Was mentioned by Roo during commentary of the Crows-Eagles game on Sunday. I'm sure I heard a presser where it was mentioned as well.

Also mentioned here.

The much-hyped Crouch, who did not play an AFL match last year after twice breaking the navicular bone in his left foot, has still not kicked a ball in anger this year after experiencing groin pain following his 41-disposal internal trial performance.

Brad Crouches general soreness...whispers say he has an (adductor) groin strain... not sure what to believe...

So long as it's not the bloody foot.

Roo was commentating the first Crows NAB match and made an effort to allay fears it was anything too serious.

Wait and see. Really want to see him play today and for the final nab game. Would take the gamble on him if he looks OK, in fantasy at least.

too much of a fantasy risk for me, i'll still have one Crouch though.

Was named to play this week but has been dropped for disciplinary reasons, hard to see him starting Round 1.

Bloody moron.

Gives M. Crouch a leg up to go well at least.

B. Crouch won't be in many teams now.

Crouch was the initial thought on a replacement, if he is named round 1 I may stick with Brad.

EDIT: Just seen Don Pyke has said Crouch will play SANFL this weekend.

He played almost a full game apparently... I'm certainly not starting him round one with all the good unique options around him.

Cheers for the info. Not a good showing considering the other players scoring. I has hoping he had just played a quarter

79% TOG for 39 points from Libba. Anyone watch the game?

Might have to watch the replay. There's quite a few around that price I want to get in.

Think I may have to bite the Danger bullet. Can't let personal feelings about players mess with picking the best starting team possible.

I bit the danger bullet. loves being home, though I am Switzerland.

There are heaps of players 400-500k that have put their hand up. its insane. I have a feeling this year will be slightly different in terms of fantasy.

Just so others know -

http://www.dream-stats.com/ is already synching teams from the fantasy website and showing scores from the NAB matches.

Wish I had known earlier. Love my dream stats team viewer.

So you get a nice -

Without the black squares obviously. I can't reveal my top secret redacted high-level strategy tactics yet ;)

The match viewer is good too - http://www.dream-stats.com/match/view?round=64&match=6

DT Live looks good also - http://dtlive.com.au/afl/livescores.php?GameID=1095

Should probably put in the useful links thread.
