Any lawyers around.

Watching all these ad's from NAB saying they are breaking up and stating it's over with the big 4.

Aren't they actually making a public confession that they have been working with the other banks and there has been collusion?

Couldn't this admission of guilt open em up to a class action as collusion is illegal?

I was thinking the same thing when I first saw the 'bus shelter' posters.

I would say that they would have checked this out legally ... this only implies collusion - dont think they would be able to be held accountable for that?

I was wondering what the deal is with their hidden camera shtick showing actors posing as rival banking executives having lavish lunches and sunning themselves on yachts while us plebs are struggling, etc.

With no disclaimer and flat out naming banking competitors as being involved (as opposed to the 'A BANK' campaign) could this not be ruled offside as some sort of misrepresentation or defamation?
