Funny looking body shape but I liked the look of him as well, a keeper.

Looks very likely. First crumbed goal since Andy Krakouer. Deserves to be in the side next week.

We needed a player like him that could be a dangerous goal scoring threat in the forward line and rotate through the midfield. Gordon did some special things when he was playing in the SANFL last year and should look to carry those skills over to the AFL. The more confident he gets the better I believe he can play. Will be exciting to see what he can do against Collingwood next week.

had he nailed the 2nd goal I'd a been frothing. A little more confidence and he'll be fine.

As it is, he did enough to stay in the side... but like McDonough after the loss - Gordon might be an option to drop.

King looked injured to me - so maybe Gordon is safe for next week..much tougher assignment vs the pies

Any one of these guys plus more could be outed, Stephens, King, Edwards, Conca, Austbury, etc Hardwick most likely will only make 2 changes at most? There should be a rule in which we can sub the coach.

Had plenty of spark and run, stood by and watched his opp take a mark in our back 50, and only laid 1 tackle but overall did enough in his first game.

Could see it coming form where I was sitting, needed to gather and ride the tackle hard and free the arms, Rugby union style. Very nice.
