i like NBA Live 2004...i've been a big fan of the EA series...the new freestyle control they put out ast yr was great and really helped lift the game to a more arcade-like feel

Not till next month in America, Live should be released just after in Australia and who knows when Sega will release the ESPM games here.
Never been a fan of EA's basketball games, to arcadey. Sega's effort in that and NHL far outweigh EA's.

Too arcadey ???????? Have we been playing the same game ? EA sports games, especially NBA and NHL are the best (In my opinion anyway)

Yeah, way to arcadey. The EA NHL games, especially last years have focused to much on big hits etc which just don't happen in real life hockey. 10-0 scores just don't happen in real life.
I've just gotten both NHL 2004 and ESPN NHL 2k4 and this years effort by EA whilist better still isn't as good as Sega's.
