On Sunday morning i went down to Frankston to watch Corburg reserves take on Sandy reserves. I was only there for a half because i had to be at my own footy game but i saw alot of positives.
Although this was only VFL reserve competition and not of a great standard some of our new recruits showed alot.
Kent Kingsley up forward kicked 8 and showed he can take a mark and knows there the goals are.
Jack Riewoldt had a quiet first half but ive been told he ended up with 4, and from watching him play previous games, i've seen that he can leap and has good awareness around goal.
Edwards and Connors look very promising. Connors is always looking to take a chance and take the opposition on and has class. While Edwards runs all day and uses the ball well
