And there is a new TAB website today...totally remodeled, defaults to NSW and if anyone can tell me how to find multi approximates and how to log out it would be quite welcome. I am sure i will get used to it eventually.. but it totally sucks now

Forgetting the missing functions for a second (but how can you??) the site is just ****ing awful on the eye, much like Sportingbet/William Hill, its just a rabble to navigate around and look at.

I find whenever the books try and update their site they do their best to prevent gambling and frustrate the punter.

They need to bring back the next to jump bar, the next to go screen is rubbish. Also after the race they don't list the field of horses and final prices, just the top 4.

As with most of the sports betting agencies, their site is cumbersome.
Just wait for when they try the "cash out" option in the next couple of months.

Why is that though? Its just not good enough.

I mean surely they are not stupid enough to think they (and most likely their programmers) know what is a better customer experience than the customers themselves?

The irony of their website design is that I am sure it is setup in mind to ensure the customer bets in a a variety of sports in a variety of exotics. However, the design is such a mess at times that I find the user interface a frustrating experience at the best of times.

haha. Me too. I was trying to work out why? Think its because the site frustrates me and there she is, smiling at me like this piece of crap website is the bees knees.

The only thing that could possibly be more irritating would be Nick Quinn smiling at me while i try and navigate around that shemozzle.

It's much faster which is a plus. Updated odds are sometimes slow to load, however.

its been a month and nothing has changed. still have to go to the old site to get approximates, navigating from one event to another requires about 20 clicks and its like a maze, balance doesnt update after a win, cannot see the form after a race is over, doesnt default to win bets after putting on exotics, Doesn't tell you which race is the second leg of a daily double (even if its obvious) and thats just off the top of my head. It is officially horrendous.

Still have to go to the old site to deposit by any mode other than a credit card too. You'd think that would be priority for them, getting $$$ into accounts.

Is there a way to set it to vic (without cookies)? Used to be able to enter the vic site and when I bookmarked the todays racing page it would always got to the vic version, now I get a pop up asking for my state every bloody time.
