McPhee still a tad undisciplined but that is only because he goes so very hard.

I wouldn't want McPhee captain. He's a gun and gives his all but he lacks poise and footy smarts at times. Too erratic (and i don't mean formwise) to be a captain imo. I'd rather a more composed head. Bomber Thompson, O'Donnell and Hird all had/have this in bucketloads over McPhee.
