We've got a bit of a "mini off-season" because we belted Port back to 1997. Collingwood's got its usual September holidays but this might get them through to next year

Did you know that Nick Daicos hasn't taken a contested mark at AFL level? 70 games. 3 seasons. No contested marks.

Oisin Mullin an Irish kid who's played 10 or so games has taken one. Lawson Hunphries, 10 games, has taken one.

But not Nicholas.





Is 2025 Nick's year to clunk a big contested grab?

I was going to say what about intercept marks, but obviously that wouldn't work for Nick either has all his possessions are gifted from his teammates.

I felt sorry for little Nicky yesterday - having to play on a hot day and having an opposition player next to him - has never happened to any other player in the history of the game - and then to top it all off he got big boy cramps and stuff and as he was getting a massage ( along with his tired brother- that was a nioce touch) he noticed that all his CoLOLOLOL team mates were really a bunch of SPUDS
