I just love watching the kid play.
He gets alot of the ball, and everytime he gets it he uses it perfectly.
Will be be an All Australian backman oneday, and I will really be looking forward to seeing him play this year and in future years to come.
Looked very good in the Round 1 NAB Cup match against the Kangaroos and from what I have heard he played another great game against the Saints.

I can see Maxy becoming like a Leppitsch . A strong running backmen and you could put him up forward aswell.

Nick....you knocked it right on the head mate! He is a natural leader around the ground, hard at it, and uses the ball very well all the time. I think he is captain material too..

Should get an all australian jumper in the near future.

maxy has started to overtake tarks as my favourite player. Look forward to seeing him Rusling, Cloke and Anthony combining for goals in the future. Anthony gets it to Maxwell, who passes to Cloke, nails Rusling goal. Add Clarke and Pendles running around the midfield...

He is a good honest, no-nonsense, defender, fits well with the stereotype Collinwood defender from way back. He's not afraid to speak out and express his thoughts before the group. Is he captaincy material?
I've never been a big fan of defenders to have been given the captaincy. I prefer them to be players who can make an impact and change the course of the game.
