Nick Maxwell's Milestone

Nick has made his 50th milestone hope we can get up tonight and make it a night he can rejoice. His a valued player at out club and is probably one of the most courageous players at our club. Your Champ Maxy

Just goes to show how mature Maxxy is already, going to be a professional on ground for us, hope he gets a crack on richo for a qtr or 2.

A couple of years on the rookie list ensured he took a while to get to the 50. Not sure how old Josh was by comparison. Maybe 19 or 20? Still, a great effort for a guy who wasn't an automatic selection at the draft and certainly one of the Pies best and most courageous players.

Maxwell is a valuable part in our side and will continue to play a similar role over the next decade. If he notches up 150 senior games, I would be very happy for him... considering he was a Geelong "reject". Wouldn't it be something to see!

He is still underrated through the football world's eyes, but we love him.
