Bollox is right. You can't trust a work that comes out the mouth of Leigh Matthews or Kevin Sheedy for that matter. I find it frustrating to select Brisbane or Essendon players becuase of the spin that comes out of those clubs IMO.

Sheedy pisses me off most of all!!

I normally get annoyed with his rubbish through the season but when it affects DT I get really mad.

Last year he said McVeigh was going to spend a lot of time in the midfield so I pick him up and he spends most of his time as a backline tagger again.

From very good sources. They were waiting to see how he pulled up after the practice match. He got a corky but nothing to be to concerned about. Probably a 80% chance of playing but as I said, need to see how he pulls through. I will find out more tomorrow and get back.

How about going with Priddis the first few rounds, as he will play in the middle with Cousins & Fletcher out, see how Lappin goes in the meantime then trade Lappin in for Priddis, if Lappin plays well?

I think Rosa will play in the middle easily over Priddis so i dunno... I'd go with Selwood or Gibbs or L.Thomas or Houli then upgrade to Lappin when required... if he is not playing round 1

And for those trash-talking Sheedy, I'm sure that if he knew that his tactics were stopping you from winning DT, he'd stop straight away. Maybe you should ring him up and tell him how much it's affecting your team...

DT may be an amazing game, but anyone who thinks it's more important than actual footy is a bloody moron. Sheedy has the right to do what he needs to do for his team, without having to apologise for interrupting someones gambling.

Same goes for any coach.
