Seeing wally isn't with us this week, lets remind ourselves of past matches.

The first game that I still clearly remember was back in 91. richmond were pretty crap and we weren't much better at the time. They got away and kicked the first few goals, and everytime they kicked one, they'd play their ****en song. Anyway, thanks to Bomber Thompson, we came back and managed to win just.

Then came that draw in 1995, which is when I realised how soft the gales were, involving that crap when the cited wanganeen, regardless he got off anyway.

Later in 1995, came that final. During the following week, I don't think I've ever seen so many tigers supporters come out of nowhere. Thankfully geelong did most of us a favour the following week.
But over the last few weeks they've come out again, still plucking out their splinters.

Also remember sheedys record game, massive crowd showed up for that, great day all round.

And, the last two years, have, been boring, thumpings on all occassions. Unless you count this years practice match, which we only won be a few goals.

Now we have Danny talking themselves up, again. It should be fun.

my fav,and i was only a little fella, was when the great man Paul Van Der Haar, made his comeback from a broken neck v wretchmond,he did nothing all day,we did nothing all day, then last quarter, beserk city BESERK CITY !!! Dons get up with The Dutchman kicking three mental goals as The Showers Stand fair dinkum shook....get a little excited just thinking about it,still have the clippings in a very old scrap book, geez we were ordinary when i started my infatuation with this great club.

I remember a game at the 'G', it must have been early eighties (81-82 maybe)...

Watson rolled an ankle - I remeber feeling sick watching him hobble from the ground.

But probably more memorable was someone from our team 'helping' Jim Jess into a goal post... flattened him completely.. crowd went nuts!
